Posture1 (207)In search of an activity to assist with stress reduction and physical toning, Anita found Bikram Yoga in January of 2002. Struggling through her first few classes, she reluctantly kept coming back. It wasn't long before she was completely addicted to the overall feeling of well-being and was fascinated by the preventative health and healing aspects of Bikram Yoga.

Anita attended the Spring 2003 teacher training program in southern California and was certified as a Bikram Instructor. She is passionate about this yoga practice, continually striving to evolve through this amazing process both as an instructor and as a student.

Posture1 (86)Bikram yoga entered Elyssa's world in 2001. She struggled the entire 90 minutes but was amazed how she felt at the end of class. She shares...

"This will take you beyond the physical perception of the self. You will learn to be in your body and out of your head by connecting the two by being present with your breath, creating patience, compassion, strength, flexibility, balance...physically, mentally and spiritually that will be apparent to you and those closest to you."

Posture1 (147)_copyComing from an athletic background, Megan was instantly attracted to the intense physical challenge Bikram Yoga offered her. After graduating with a B.S. in Biology from Penn State in 2012, finding she was always setting her schedule around the next yoga class, she decided it was time to go to training! Megan graduated from Bikram's Yoga College of India in Los Angeles in the spring of 2013.

Focusing on form and discipline within the practice, Megan enjoys spreading her love and knowledge of yoga with her students. "Always learning, always improving!"
